Piper Super Systems Ovens

Piper's ovens work on a patented "Heat Sink" principle also referred to as "Hearth" baking. Once the aluminum decks in the oven are heated to the proper temperature, product is baked by radiant heat and conduction. This combination results in an uncommonly fresh, moist and evenly browed product. There are no moving parts to break down thus easy self-service by the operator which keeps the service agent away. We understand that business is money that's why our oven shelves are individually controlled so you can stay in business if one thermostat goes out!!
