Stainless Steel
These tray transport carts are designed for heavy duty usage. They include a number of features as standard so as to ensure durability and convenient operation. The "L" profile carts accept two trays per level to permit minimizing overall height; whereas the "N" profile carts accept only one tray per level to minimize overall depth. Low profile heavy-duty acute care tray delivery carts have a universal slide system that will not lock a user-facility into a single tray size. They are available in one-, two- and three-door models in either single or double tray per slide configurations to fit any tray delivery need from 8 to 36 trays.

CONSTRUCTION
The cabinet shall be constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel with a double top. Expanded louvered-designed vents shall be placed on two sides.
Deck shall be constructed from 16-gauge stainless steel with 14-gauge under-deck reinforcement of "U" channels for caster attachment. Floor drains and full perimeter bumpers with "L" shaped reinforcements shall be standard.
Doors shall be constructed from 18-gauge stainless with "Z" supports. Doors (except center door on 3-door models) shall swing 270ﾰ and use a cam-action gravity lock device to hold door in both the open and closed position. Doors shall have a unique hinge pin system to allow easy door removal without tools. Door "Hide Away" feature is standard.
Tray slides shall be constructed from heavy 304 stainless steel in a universal design to hold 14" x 18", 15" x 20", 12" x 19", 16" x 22" or 12" x 20" trays.Four 8" non-marring casters (2 swivel, 2 rigid) shall be standard.
