Piper Elite and Reflections units

Elite units are durable, easy to care for vinyl (or optional formica)...and come in beautiful colors, traditional woodgrains, or stainless steel---one is sure to meet your decor demands. All Elite units are designed for modular installation. This design feature gives you maximum "line-up" flexibility, interchangeability and efficiency. Units are uniform in height (36") and (28"), with five lengths generally available in all units.

Reflections offers a wide range of units, all interlocking and on casters to combine with other Reflections units. Each Reflections counter is constructed with a one-piece seamless body. Rugged, heavy-duty 14 gauge stainless steel is used on all top surfaces...where you need it most! Standard units are 36"H x 30"D. Units offer four heavy-duty swivel casters. Choose from eight standard, high gloss gel coat colors that coordinate beautifully with our graphic options. Gel coat offers superb durability, resisting scratching and peeling to assure your Reflections Line-up will be attractive now, and for many years to come.

The Elite 500 Beef Ala Cart is the ultimate touch of class. Chefs can display their carving talents to the customer's delight. All Elite 500 units are compatible and will interlock with all other Elite 500 units.

Cashier & Corner Units Cashier & Corner Units
The Cashier Stand and Corner unit are ideal for use in cafeteria/buffet lines, school line-ups and hospital cafeterias. These units are compatible and will interlock with the rest of your line-up or can be operated as a freestanding separate unit. Both are available in stainless steel or fiberglass.
 
 
 
 
 
 

Cold Food Units Cold Food Units
There are many Cold Food units to choose from including Cold Ice, Cold Mechanicals, and Frost Top Units. Plus our Cool Breeze unit that is listed NSF/ANSI Standard 7; this unit maintains a "Cool Breeze" of air over the product without drying it out or freezer burning it. All are available in the Elite or Reflections. You choose the length and the options or accessories you need for your cafeteria or buffet setting.
 
 
 

Hot Food Units Hot Food Units
These units will help you present your hot food in a cafeteria or a buffet setting. Chose from 2- to 6-well units and add only the options and accessories you are interested in such as protector guards, tray slides, cutting boards or much more. Hot Food units are available in our Elite (stainless steel) or Reflections (Fiberglass) lines. Both lines are designed for modular installation.
 
 
 

Hot/Cold Combo Units Hot/Cold Combo Units
These units are the best of both worlds. Ideal for use in cafeteria/buffet lines, school line-ups, hospital cafeterias and lounges, etc. You decide how many wells are hot and how many are cold. The cold wells can be used with our without ice. The Hot/Cold Combo units are available in our Elite or Reflections lines.
 
 
 
 

Ice/Milk Coolers Ice/Milk Coolers
Both of these units are designed for "lids-off" use on tray make-up lines, serving lines and in back-of-the-house operations, these unique systems hold product at the proper temperature even in high ambients. The Ice and Milk Coolers are available in stainless steel or fiberglass.
 
 
 
 
 
 

Solid Top & Beverage Counters Solid Top & Beverage Counters
Solid Tops can be used for displaying food or as a work counter. Beverage Counters are designed to keep your serving area clean and functional and will accommodate a number of dispensers. The standard full-length drains will keep hazardous spills from your floors. These units are available in our Elite (stainless steel) or Reflections (Fiberglass) lines. Both lines are designed for modular installation.
 
 
 
 

Tray Stands Tray Stands
This Tray Stand is a must to begin your line-up. It will accommodate virtually all sizes of school food trays. All units are compatible and will interlock with all other like units. Available in Elite or Reflections.
