Hot Food Units

These units will help you present your hot food in a cafeteria or a buffet setting. Chose from 2- to 6-well units and add only the options and accessories you are interested in such as protector guards, tray slides, cutting boards or much more. Hot Food units are available in our Elite (stainless steel) or Reflections (Fiberglass) lines. Both lines are designed for modular installation.


	Elite 500 Hot Food Unit The versatile modular design of the Elite 500 Serving System Hot Food units allows you to customize your cafeteria or a buffet line-up. Elite 500 units are compatible and will interlock with other Elite 500 units. This design allows the units to be disconnected for cleaning under the serving line. With Elite 500 you choose only the options and accessories that you want and need for your line-up. A-1

	Elite 500 Heat-In-Base The heat-in-base system is a built-in option which permits handy storage of prepared foods directly under your Elite hot food wells. Pan rack assemblies are provided to allow storage of standard 12 x 20 food pans. Each pan rack assembly will accommodate the following full size pans: 6 - 2-1/2" deep pans or 3 - 4" deep pans or 2 - 6" deep pans. A-1B

	Elite 500 Slimline Hot Food The versatile modular design of the Elite 500 Slimline Hot Food units make them the perfect piece of equipment for tray make-up lines. This design allows the units to be moved for cleaning under the line. With Elite 500 you choose only the options and accessories that you want and need for your line-up. A-1C

	Reflections Hot Top Perfect for holding pizza or other hot entrees, the Hot Top unit will hold your hot food at just the right serving temperature.
