Ice/Milk Coolers

Both of these units are designed for "lids-off" use on tray make-up lines, serving lines and in back-of-the-house operations, these unique systems hold product at the proper temperature even in high ambients. The Ice and Milk Coolers are available in stainless steel or fiberglass.


	Ice Cream - Ice Rink The Ice Cream Freezers were designed to operate for three hours with the lids off. This unique system has a frost-free compartment where the product is held at Zero Degrees F serving temperature. The condensing units in the freezers are on slide-out rails for ease of service. Available in the Elite or Reflections lines.

	Milk Coolers Cool Pool The Piper Milk Coolers have a unique system that establishes a pool of cold air in which the products is held at 40°F serving temperature. This means that the milk does NOT have to be transferred back to the main cooler at the end of the day. It can be stored in this unit without fear of temperature degradation. The Milk Cooler is available in stainless steel or fiberglass construction.
